TurnWise is a platform for evaluating multi-turn LLM conversations with custom metrics. The Service allows users to upload datasets, create evaluation metrics, run evaluations, and analyze results.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurnWise, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
